Moch Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower, cleaned and
trimmed 1/2 to 1 pound of shredded cheddar cheese,
sharp 1/2 to 1 stick of
butter salt to taste

Break the cauliflower florets into small pieces (macaroni sized). Steam until
tender.
Drain and add the butter and salt to taste.
Sprinkle in the cheese to taste (the more the merrier).
Makes a great low carb replacement dish. Goes well with beef, pork and
chicken.
