Easy Casseroles
Ham and Potato Bake

Ingredients:
1 3/4 c Bisquick original mix
2/3 c Water
6 oz package of hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can smoked ham, cut-up
1 c frozen peas and carrots
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Oil a 13x9x2 pan.
Mix the baking mix and water in the pan until moistened, then spread evenly in pan. Sprinkle the
potatoes over dough. Spread the cream of mushroom soup (straight from the can) over potatoes. Sprinkle remaining
ingredients over soup. Bake 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown and cheese is melted.
