1/4 c Kikoman Oriental BBQ Sauce
1/4 c Lee Kum Kee, (oyster sauce)
1 tbsp Brown sugar
12 medium Chicken wings
1 tsp Oriental Season
1 tsp Hot & Spicy Stir Fry Season
1 tsp Soy Sauce, Kikoman |
Separate the
drumettes from the rest of wings. Place them on broiler pan
skin side down. Season them with Oriental Seasoning and Hot
& Spicy Stir Fry Seasoning. Place them on the middle rack
of a preheated oven for broiling.
While the
wings cook, start preparing the dipping sauce. Place Teriyaki,
Oriental BBQ, Soy and brown sugar together and whisk until
mixed well.
When wings
start to brown, in about 10 or so minutes, remove them from the
oven and turn them over. Lilghtly season them again then return
them to oven. When wings are golden brown on both sides, remove
them. Dip them in the teriyaki sauce, BBQ sauce and soy sauce
mixture and shake off the excess sauce.
Next, place
them back on the broiler pan and return them to oven. Broil
them a few minutes until a bit crusted.
These make a
great appetizer or side dish with fried rice.
