Easy Appetizers
Avocado Torey

Ingredients:
2 Avocados
Romaine lettuce leaves
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)
2/3 c olive oil
1 tbsp red wine
1 tbsp vinegar

Cut the avocados in half and discard the pit. Scoop
out the avocado meat with a spoon and shape into little balls. Place them on two small plates lined with the
Romaine lettuce leaves.
In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining
ingredients. Pour the mixture over the avocados and serve.
